Job Title: Email Marketing Specialist

The role of an Email Marketing Specialist involves creating and implementing email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, traffic, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing email marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and boost sales.
  • Designing visually appealing email templates using a range of creative tools.
  • Segmenting email lists based on user behavior, demographics, and other relevant criteria.
  • Conducting A/B testing to optimize email performance and improve key metrics.
  • Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance using data analytics tools.
  • Collaborating with the content team to create compelling email content.
  • Ensuring emails comply with industry policies and best practices.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing.

Requirements for this position include:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or a similar role.
  • An enthusiastic and fast learner who values constructive feedback.
  • Proficiency in email marketing software, including list management and automation.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
