As a digital design expert, your primary responsibility will be to create visually appealing and effective designs for various digital platforms using Figma. Your daily tasks will include crafting web designs, developing wireframes, and engaging in light UX design activities to meet the expectations of our customers.

Digital Design
  • Craft visually appealing designs for digital platforms, including email templates, landing pages, web banners, and website designs.
  • Develop detailed wireframes that serve as a blueprint for the design and development process.
  • Engage in light UX design activities to enhance user experience and interface.

You will work closely with Customers, Team Coordinators, Quality Specialists, and Creatives on a daily basis. Work hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST.

Skill Requirements
  • Mastery in Figma and related features. Ability to create interactive Figma prototypes.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other standard digital design tools.
  • Familiarity with Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, and similar tools.
  • Working knowledge of CSS and HTML.
  • Experience in the design thinking process.
  • Strong understanding of current digital design best practices and web production techniques.
  • Experience with user-centered design and rapid prototyping.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing a wide range of digital design skills.

To excel in this role, you should possess strong attention to detail, be a quick learner, and have excellent communication skills. Prior Customer Support experience is highly valued.
