Chief Product Insights Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing digital product usage, defining key metrics, and working with tools like Pendo, Amplitude, or Segment.
Main Responsibilities:- Analyze user behavior to uncover patterns, friction points, and opportunities.
- Define, track, and report on key product metrics.
- Perform in-depth analyses on new feature adoption, A/B test results, and product experiments.
- Partner with engineers and product managers to define tracking requirements.
- Ensure accurate data collection through various tools.
- Monitor data quality and resolve inconsistencies.
- Translate business questions into structured analyses and communicate findings clearly.
- Create dashboards to enable data access across teams.
- Work closely with product teams to embed insights into decisions.
- Support product strategy with market benchmarking and customer segmentation.
- Prioritize product opportunities based on quantitative impact and user need.
- 2+ years in product analytics or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and experience with analytics tools.
- Understanding of user lifecycle metrics and product analytics concepts.
- Strong communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with product analytics tools.
- Experience in SaaS or B2B environments.
- Familiarity with A/B testing design and interpretation.
