Technology Assurance Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead a project team and oversee the engagement lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day project administration activities, including monitoring progress and providing regular status updates.
  • Lead high-quality professional management of audit and advisory engagements.
  • Coordinate with clients on-site, planning, briefing the team on the client's environment and industry trends, and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate expertise in complex information systems and contribute to developing value-adding solutions.
  • Maintain relationships with client management to manage expectations of service.
  • Prepare reports on control structures, recommending improvements to enhance control or process effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Support team members, conducting formal trainings and seminars as needed.
  • Understand firm practices and broader service offerings, identifying opportunities for business development.

  • Risk management: Apply risk-based auditing methodologies and risk management principles.
  • Technical knowledge: Broad IT knowledge applied in enterprise environments.
  • Communication: Deliver high-quality written reports and presentations.
  • Executive presence: Confidence in discussions with senior management.
  • Client relationship: Build deep relationships with clients to understand challenges and align solutions.
  • Business acumen: Understand business problems and respond with innovative solutions.
  • Teamwork: Promote collaboration across teams.
  • Mentoring: Guide team members in career progression and service delivery.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Willingness to travel: Flexibility to work at client sites and secondments in other offices.

Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Information Systems, Internal Audit, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related business field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in direct operational risk or IT-related assessments/audits.
  • Preferred: CPA, CISA, CRISC, CIA.
