About the Role

As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of cryptocurrency and Web3 technologies.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in quality assurance, with a strong focus on smart contracts, Ethereum, and DeFi platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain High Standards: Ensure that safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices are consistently followed across all products and services.
  • Test & Troubleshoot: Conduct thorough tests to identify and resolve any issues within our cryptocurrency solutions, DeFi platforms, and NFT offerings.
  • Audit & Reporting: Document quality assurance activities, create comprehensive audit reports, and communicate findings to superiors and stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving quality standards and processes within our blockchain development teams.
  • Training & Development: Develop training materials and operating manuals to support the ongoing development of team members and to enhance the overall quality assurance processes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer or in a similar quality assurance role, particularly within the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or Web3 spaces.
  • Strong working knowledge of quality assurance tools, methodologies, and concepts relevant to smart contracts, Ethereum, and DeFi platforms.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory standards and how they impact the crypto industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with teams, leadership, and external partners.
  • Strong data collection and analysis skills, with a keen attention to detail in identifying and resolving issues.
  • Relevant training and/or certifications as a Senior QA Engineer, with a focus on blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, or related fields.
