Finance Leadership Role

The firm is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial operations and drive strategic growth.

This key position requires a high degree of expertise in finance, accounting, and leadership. The successful candidate will oversee the management of financial systems, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day finance operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
  • Lead annual budget planning and quarterly forecasting, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and deliver management reports with actionable insights, providing strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance.
Financial Expertise
  • Demonstrated expertise in QuickBooks and other financial tools.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. financial reporting standards and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Leadership Qualities
  • Proven ability to lead a distributed team in a fully remote environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in mentoring and training staff.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Compensation Package
  • Competitive monthly salary range: $1,800 - $2,800 (commensurate with experience).
  • Paid Time Off: U.S. federal holidays, sick leave, and annual leave days.
  • Performance Reviews: Regular reviews tied to individual KPIs and firm performance.
Working Hours

This role involves a full-time schedule of 8 hours per day, not including a 1-hour break. Finalists will have an opportunity to discuss potential schedule flexibility during the hiring process.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
