Job Title: Senior Manager, Accounts Payable

A senior professional is required to lead and manage the entire accounts payable process from start to finish.

The role involves implementing and enforcing current processes approved by senior management, as well as providing risk management advice and overseeing UAT activities within scope. This position requires a high level of analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Implementing and maintaining effective AP processes and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Leading and developing teams to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Providing risk management advice to senior management on potential risks associated with AP processes.
  • Overseeing UAT activities across APAC and EU regions to ensure seamless implementation of workflows for end-to-end AP processes.
  • Collaborating with local country stakeholders to standardize procedures and provide training on AP processes taking into account local nuances, legal obligations, and regulations.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant accounting and AP experience with a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
  • Experience as AP SME with Center of Excellence operations and strong stakeholder management exposure.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams, with strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP Hana and other invoicing/ticketing systems is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to foresee upstream and downstream impacts.
