Business Intelligence Analyst


Job Summary

The role of a Business Intelligence Analyst is to extract, analyze and present data to support informed business decisions. This involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, developing and maintaining databases and reports, and providing actionable insights through data visualization.


  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) raw data into meaningful information for analysis.
  • Develop and maintain databases, data warehouses, and data marts to support business intelligence initiatives.
  • Design, implement, and maintain business intelligence solutions using various tools and technologies.
  • Develop and deliver regular reports, dashboards, and scorecards to provide visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Conduct data quality checks and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
  • Provide ad-hoc analytics and reporting as needed to support business decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related field

• Strong knowledge of database management systems, data modeling, and data warehousing

• Proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
