About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Reporting and Insight Analyst, you will be responsible for extracting and manipulating raw operational data from multiple systems for timely and accurate reporting.


This is a full-time position with a mid-senior level of seniority and an employment type of full-time. The job function is analyst and the industries include outsourcing and offshoring consulting.


The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a data analysis or reporting analyst role, preferably within healthcare operations or business process outsourcing (BPO).


Responsibilities will include:

  • Extracting and manipulating raw operational data from multiple systems for timely and accurate reporting.
  • Analyzing performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Partnering with Account Management to create executive-level reporting packages and performance summaries.
  • Aligning reporting outputs with SLAs, client expectations, and contractual obligations.
  • Designing impactful data visualizations for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Recommending and implementing improvements in data collection, reporting automation, and visualization tools.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a data analysis or reporting analyst role, ideally within healthcare operations or BPO.
  • Proven experience working with raw, unstructured datasets to derive actionable insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail and data integrity.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Operations, Account Management, and Leadership teams.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to identify and suggest process improvements and tool enhancements.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience supporting U.S. healthcare payers or working in a healthcare BPO setting.
  • Familiarity with performance reporting, KPIs, SLAs, or ROI tracking in a services context.
  • Exposure to SQL, data querying, or reporting automation platforms.
  • Experience in project coordination, report lifecycle management, or process ownership in reporting functions.
