Are you looking for a career in data analysis and reporting? We have an exciting opportunity for a Reports Analyst to join our team. As a Reports Analyst, you will be responsible for handling data maintenance and update requests from the ticketing system, assisting in the development of dashboards and visualizations, collaborating with team members and stakeholders, maintaining accurate records and documentation, gathering and organizing data, performing basic data cleaning and deduplication tasks, identifying and resolving minor data inconsistencies, creating reports using spreadsheets, utilizing intermediate Excel functions, preparing and presenting data findings.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • 0-1 years of experience in data entry, administrative support or related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets
  • Strong skills in basic Excel functions (formulas, sorting, filtering, basic charts)
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets including Query function
  • Basic data cleaning, deduplication and validation skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
  • Good verbal and written English skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve basic data-related issues
