Senior Analytics Solutions Leader

The role of a Senior Analytics Solutions Leader is crucial in designing executive-ready reports and dashboards, owning the KPI Management process, and ensuring data quality from source to scorecard.

This position combines hands-on analytics with process excellence, release/UAT gating, and executive-facing communication. The Senior Analytics Solutions Leader will partner with Business Analysts, Management Analysts/Reporting Developers, Operations/WFM, and Directors/VPs to ensure KPIs are accurately defined, reliably delivered, and translated into clear actions and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Diagnose cross-department processes through data-driven assessments, value-stream mapping, SIPOC, and stakeholder interviews.
  2. Design future-state workflows and KPI frameworks that integrate people, data, technology, and controls using BPMN 2.0, Lean Six Sigma/DMAIC, TOGAF, and APQC.
  3. Execute change by running Kaizen/DMAIC workshops, converting decisions into Jira epics/sprint backlogs, chairing ceremonies, and maintaining RAID logs until benefits are realized.
  4. Govern the enterprise playbook using RACIs, SOPs, decision models, maturity roadmaps, and audit-ready evidence.
  5. Communicate clearly and collaborate to build live-linked KPI dashboards, board-ready slide decks, concise 'end-of-day' alignment notes, and present controls during compliance reviews.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong Power BI/Tableau, Advanced Excel, and SQL skills.
  • Able to model data, validate metrics, and work with large/complex datasets.
  • Proven experience defining KPI catalogs, implementing data-quality rules, automated tests/scorecards, and managing release/UAT gates and change control.
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, MIS, Industrial Engineering, Data Science/Analytics, or related field required; MBA or related master's preferred; 5-7 years in BI/Reporting/Analytics Operations or Process/Operational Excellence as a senior individual contributor.
Certifications:
  • Excel
  • Power Query
  • Power BI or any BI Tools
  • Process Mapping tools, such as Visio
Preferred Experience, Systems or Skills:
  • Python or R Data Analysis
  • Data Analytics in a Call Center
  • Several high-valued analytics projects implemented
