Job DescriptionOversee the Data Science and Analytics team in building and maintaining models using AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics, while providing analytical support and portfolio monitoring for business units.

Collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to identify opportunities, frame business problems into analytical solutions, and drive model development, validation, and implementation. Manage the release and versioning of models, ensuring they are continuously updated in response to evolving data and portfolio dynamics. Monitor model performance and recalibrate as needed to maintain accuracy and relevance.

Drive portfolio analysis and recommend strategies to optimize credit decisioning, improve profitability, and manage risk effectively. Design and propose testing programs and initiatives aimed at improving credit productivity, approval rates, and acquisition quality. Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to support the organization's strategic goals and overall business direction.

The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA is an advantage. Strong background in banking analytics, particularly in credit risk, customer acquisition, credit lifecycle management, and collections. Proven experience in model development, calibration, validation, and performance monitoring.

Advanced quantitative and analytical skills, with a deep understanding of credit strategy and business performance metrics. Proficient in programming and analytical tools such as R, Python, SQL, SAS, Power BI, Qlik, and Excel; familiarity with machine learning and AI platforms. Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to manage high-performing technical teams.
