Role Overview

We're seeking a Senior Analytics Professional to serve as a strategic partner for clients, leading complex implementations and driving customer growth through advanced analytics solutions. This role combines technical expertise in tag management and analytics with exceptional project management and client relationship skills to deliver measurable value and expand customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic partner to collaborate with customers, identify objectives, develop comprehensive KPI frameworks, and align tailored solutions to meet diverse account needs while driving relationship retention and added value over time through analytics solutions.
  • Lead complex, multi-project engagements with strategic oversight, showcasing advanced agility and the ability to navigate changing customer priorities seamlessly while mentoring junior team members and defining internal/external roles within projects.
  • Operate as both strategic and technical expert in customer communications, managing proactive interactions including training program design, leading regular trainings, and strategic check-ins to ensure ongoing account health and platform utilization.
  • Lead implementation work and training with a strategic focus, managing complex technical issues that require evaluation of multiple factors while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities through comprehensive analysis of customers, their industry, and tech stack, combined with expert understanding of products and solutions to develop customized growth strategies.
