Job Summary:

  • As a Data Scientist, you will leverage statistical analysis, complex data mining, and artificial intelligence to derive actionable insights from data.
">Key Responsibilities:">
  1. Design and implement data-driven solutions with an emphasis on advanced analytical methods, data models, and visualizations.
  2. Develop quantitative simulations and models to provide descriptive and predictive analytics solution recommendations.
  3. Identify trends and problems through in-depth big data analysis.

Requirements:

">Qualifications:">
  1. Six years of relevant experience in applied research, big data analytics, statistics, applied mathematics, data science, computer science, operations research or other closely related quantitative disciplines.
  2. At least three years of direct experience in machine learning.
  3. Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Operations Research or other closely related quantitative disciplines.
  4. Demonstrates knowledge of data mining methods, databases, data visualization and machine learning.
  5. Ability to communicate analysis techniques, concepts and products effectively.
  6. Ability to develop data-driven solutions, data models, and visualizations.

Desired Experience and Skills:

">Preferred Qualifications:">
  1. Familiarity with distributed database technologies.
  2. Familiarity with PySpark and Python.
  3. Ability to develop complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data.
  4. Experience with analytic techniques such as Anomaly detection, Clustering, and Time-series analysis.
  5. Experience implementing NLP concepts including preprocessing, TF-IDF, Named Entity Recognition, and LLMs.
