Main Responsibilities:

  • Maximize process efficiency and cost-effectiveness through strategic planning, contract compliance, and governance mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and clients to develop and implement strategies for revenue growth and business expansion.
  • Monitor and review delivery dashboards/MIS across accounts to track progress and identify potential red flags.
  • Lead and manage project escalations, potential risks, or early warning signs on project delivery to eliminate any revenue leakage.
  • Ensure regular invoicing as per the contract terms and conditions.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics, including invoicing, costs, and customer service metrics.

  • Stakeholder Interaction & Management: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and quality in delivery; interact and engage with client leadership to communicate and update progress against account plan, project delivery, etc.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success in operations management and team leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement process enhancements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in voice and non-voice contact center applications, Work-force management applications, Quality tools, and technologies.
