As a Hiring Coordinator at Wipro Digital Operations and Platforms, you will play a critical role in supporting our recruitment team. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate records of recruitment activities and results.

You will work closely with the recruitment team to develop and execute recruitment plans to meet business objectives. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure seamless execution of recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and maintaining accurate records.
  • Support the recruitment team in developing and executing recruitment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, vendors, and candidates.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with recruitment processes.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment, preferably in a BPO or IT company.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
