Digital Ad Specialist

We are seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for designers with a sharp eye for performance-driven ad creative and a passion for combining visual impact with commercial results.
Key Responsibilities- Design high-performing ad creatives for D2C eCommerce brands, utilizing expertise in Adobe Creative Suite or Figma.
- Collaborate with the Art Director and design team to concept, execute, and iterate ad designs.
- Apply performance data to continuously improve your creative output and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on ad creatives and performance marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Figma.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating digital ad work and performance-driven design.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas confidently and interpret briefs effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.
