Digital Marketing Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.
Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
This is a creative performance marketing agency looking for someone who knows how to build, execute and optimise campaigns that drive real business outcomes.
Your Key Responsibilities- Conduct SEO audits and implement technical, content and on-page optimisations
- Create landing pages for SEM Campaigns
- Plan, launch and optimise Google Search & YouTube Ads campaigns
- Monitor keyword rankings, landing page performance and lead quality
- Build reports using Google Analytics, GSC, GA4
- Able to work without being handheld, we are not micro managers
- Solid working knowledge of SEMrush, Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console
- Experience optimising landing pages and ad creative based on data
- Understanding of lead generation funnels, attribution
- Flexible working arrangements (remote-friendly)
- Work with purpose-driven brands and startups
- Creative freedom and support from a collaborative team
