Support Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operational Support Specialist to manage our backend operations, streamline processes, and ensure seamless execution of critical tasks. This role involves managing invoicing, time tracking, and financial operations, as well as providing administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage operational workflows, documents, and trackers to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
- Audit Hubstaff time tracking for all contractors and external staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Prepare and send client contracts using established templates, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Track key deadlines and ensure critical actions are followed up on, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, with a strong focus on analytical skills and organizational abilities.
- Proven experience in administrative, financial operations, or operational support roles, with a track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Expertise in invoicing, with experience in managing complex operations and ensuring accurate and timely billing.
- Independent and resourceful, with initiative and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
- Thrives in chaotic environments, staying focused and composed under pressure, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-obsessed, with a high level of professionalism and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
