
Managed Services Team Lead

This is a full-time, remote opportunity to oversee the development, delivery, and performance of non-network managed services leveraging a diverse vendor portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Build and manage strategic relationships with key vendors to drive service growth, procurement efficiency, and training enablement.
- Own the full product lifecycle for managed services across SD-WAN, SASE, networking, UCaaS, cloud, IoT, and hardware.
- Design and integrate scalable, vendor-aligned services by collaborating with engineering, solution architects, and support teams.
- Partner with Finance and Procurement on pricing models, budgeting, and cost optimization.
- Champion a customer-centric approach by analyzing feedback and improving reliability and security standards.
- Oversee risk management and compliance, mitigating technology, supply chain, and regulatory risks.
- Cross-functionally collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and internal teams on go-to-market strategies.
- Strong experience managing vendor and distributor relationships.
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts and pricing.
- Background in product lifecycle management across networking, cloud, UCaaS, and IoT solutions.
- Skills in service design, operational integration, and creating scalable frameworks.
- Financial acumen in pricing models and budgeting.
- Customer-first mindset with experience improving service quality and handling escalations.
