Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional to drive global partnerships, revenue streams, and growth for our Web3 gaming project. This senior role involves building strategic relationships with exchanges, launchpads, gaming studios, guilds, and Web3 communities worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Partnerships
    • Identify and secure collaborations with key industry players to enhance our presence in the market.
    • Negotiate partnership structures, token listings, and co-marketing initiatives to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
    • Develop long-term relationships with key opinion leaders, DAOs, and strategic investors to foster a strong ecosystem.
  • Market Expansion
    • Shape and execute global go-to-market strategies to acquire new users and increase token adoption.
    • Identify high-growth regions and opportunities for expansion to further establish our position in the market.
    • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to adapt strategies for local audiences and ensure seamless integration.
  • Investor & Ecosystem Relations
    • Support fundraising and investor relations by preparing proposals, presentations, and due diligence documents to attract top-tier investors.
    • Engage with venture capitalists, funds, and institutional partners to strengthen our ecosystem and drive growth.
    • Explore sponsorships, cross-platform collaborations, and ecosystem integrations to expand our reach and influence.
  • Leadership & Reporting
    • Represent our project at global events and online forums to maintain a strong reputation and network.
    • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnerships and business development activities to ensure alignment with project goals.
    • Mentor junior business development staff and provide guidance to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of business development or partnerships experience, with at least 2+ years in Web3, fintech, or gaming.
  • Strong knowledge of blockchain, NFTs, DeFi, and GameFi ecosystems.
  • Proven success in securing and scaling international partnerships.
  • Global network of contacts across exchanges, funds, guilds, and Web3 communities.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Able to operate across time zones and travel internationally for events.
