About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to build scalable, high-performance web applications that power the future of blockchain gaming. This is an opportunity to work with a small, elite engineering team in our Tokyo office, shaping best practices and setting new standards in Web3 gaming technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Develop high-fidelity, scalable web applications for internal and external gaming platforms.
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to transform vision into seamless user experiences.
  • Champion best practices for web development, including build automation and operational tooling.
  • Enhance workflows with innovative technologies to optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to other engineers on frontend development.
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
  • Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks like React / Redux, Vue, Angular.
  • Familiarity with Tailwind, MaterialUI, ChakraUI for design systems.
  • Experience writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
  • Backend integration experience with Java, Golang, C#, C++, and relational databases.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take ownership of projects.
  • Native-level English proficiency required; Japanese is a plus.

  • Experience in Web3 and blockchain development.
  • Passion for gaming and familiarity with gaming-related development tools.
  • Background in designing internal tools for workflow optimization.
