Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to handle customer inquiries through various channels, providing thoughtful responses and supporting customers with orders and product details. This includes addressing customer concerns via email, phone, live chat, or social media, as well as assisting with orders, shipping, and product returns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Inquiry Resolution: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that their concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Order Support: Assist customers with orders, including processing returns, exchanges, and resolving any issues related to their purchase.
  • Product Information: Provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information about products, including features, benefits, and usage.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and provide effective solutions.
  • Technical Requirements: Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite, as well as familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
