About the role

As a Head of Engineering, you will oversee engineering projects and operations, leading a team of engineers and collaborating with stakeholders to plan, execute, and deliver initiatives. You will review, develop, and implement department procedures, and be responsible for land surveys, planning & design, and the implementation of horizontal & vertical projects within the Engineering Department.What you'll be doing

Project Planning and ManagementCollaborate with development teams to understand project goals, scope, and timelines. Develop detailed project plans, including deliverables, resources, and budgets. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Ensure compliance with engineering standards, codes, and regulations. Team Leadership and DevelopmentManage and mentor engineering staff, fostering a collaborative environment. Assign tasks, set goals, and monitor performance.

Identify training needs and support professional growth. Engineering Design and ReviewOversee surveying, planning, design, and construction activities. Supervise the engineering design process and review technical specifications.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure integration. Provide technical guidance during design and construction phases. Quality Assurance and ControlImplement quality assurance processes and conduct site inspections.

Address engineering issues promptly and evaluate quality control measures. OthersCollaborate with project teams to ensure seamless project execution. Ensure experience in Real Estate is included as a requirement.

What we're looking for

Degree in Civil Engineering or related field with a professional license.At least 7 years of leadership experience in engineering, preferably in real estate or construction.Proven expertise in managing complex engineering projects.Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, and project management software.Deep knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.What we offer
