Job Description

We are seeking an analytical and self-driven Central Demand Planner to lead our monthly demand planning process across multiple product lines, regions, and functions.

This role is critical in shaping demand into actionable plans that align with commercial strategy and supply constraints.

Main Responsibilities
  • Own and execute the monthly demand process from system handover to consensus sign-off.
  • Drive measurable improvements in forecast accuracy using data-driven techniques and root-cause analysis.
  • Translate commercial assumptions and market intelligence into an aligned, actionable forecast.
  • Develop and maintain robust forecasting reports and KPIs using Excel, Power BI, and SAP IBP.
  • Facilitate consensus meetings and prepare executive-ready materials.
  • Collaborate with the Supply Planner to identify constraint-driven adjustments and simulate scenarios.
  • Act as the single point of contact for demand planning across regions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in demand planning or S&OP in a multinational environment
  • High proficiency in Excel and Power BI; experience with SAP IBP is strongly preferred
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams. They will be fluent in English and have a deep understanding of supply chain management principles.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data to drive business decisions and developing forecasts to meet commercial strategy. You will also need to communicate effectively with stakeholders and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.

Key qualifications include a bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field, and at least 5 years of experience in demand planning or S&OP in a multinational environment. Additionally, you should have high proficiency in Excel and Power BI, and experience with SAP IBP is strongly preferred.

You will also need to possess strong business acumen and communication skills, and be able to work independently and influence cross-functional teams.
