Leasing Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Leasing Marketing Specialist to drive tenant demand and reduce vacancy across our premium residential portfolio in Wellington. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional to join our team and make a significant impact.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing efficient, test-led campaigns that drive qualified viewing bookings from target segments such as PhD students, single professionals, and couples. They will work closely with our leasing team to understand market trends and customer needs, and develop targeted marketing strategies to meet these requirements.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in growth or performance marketing for B2C, with a proven track record of delivering results in ANZ markets. They will also have hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Instagram, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, as well as proficiency with GA4 and Looker Studio.

Key responsibilities will include building a growth plan covering paid social, search, and organic channels, defining audiences and geo targets, creating compelling creative and copy, conducting rapid A/B tests to improve CTR and conversion, setting up simple landing pages or optimized listings with clear CTAs, integrating campaign flows with viewing software and CRM, and reporting weekly on key metrics.

Requirements:

  • At least three years of experience in growth or performance marketing for B2C, with a proven track record of delivering results in ANZ markets
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Instagram, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
  • Proficiency with GA4 and Looker Studio
  • Strong creative and copywriting skills for social and landing pages, with practical A/B testing experience
