Job Overview

The Inventory Management Lead plays a pivotal role in driving strategic inventory planning, monitoring, and optimization across client accounts.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead demand forecasting and replenishment planning using sales trends and historical data to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Analyze inventory health, including critical levels, overstock, and out-of-stock risks, to minimize losses and maximize efficiency.
  • Align inventory planning with marketing campaigns, promotions, and client seasonality to capitalize on opportunities.
  • Recommend inventory actions such as reorders, markdowns, or marketing push for slow-moving items to improve product flow.
  • Oversee inbound PO calendar and supply planning accuracy to guarantee timely deliveries.
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards for key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress.
  • Collaborate with clients, sales, and logistics to align inventory plans with operational targets and drive business success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in inventory planning or demand forecasting.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience with e-commerce and/or 3PL operations is beneficial.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration.
