Sales Demand Planner

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts and collaborating with multiple departments, including sales and operations, to align processes and strategies. Ensures Sales Department can continue to supply to customers based on future demand for all products. Estimates sales demand by using analytical and sales data.

  • Creating and maintaining monthly sales demand using sales and historical data.
  • Monitor and report any changes and updates in sales forecasts.
  • Conduct monthly forecast maintenance.
  • Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Conducting sales and market analysis and collaborating with sales team to be able to manage and assess forecasts/demands.
  • Working closely with supply chain team to align supply with forecasted demand.
  • Identifying and resolving constraints and discrepancies between supply and demand.

Qualifications:

  • At least a Graduate of BS Business Management; Industrial Engineering or any related courses
  • With at least 2-5 years work experience
  • With at least experience with sales demand planning and forecasting methods
  • Advantage with excellent analytical skills and attention to details
  • Advantage with strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with different teams
  • With experience on understanding of inventory management
  • Willing to be assigned at Binan City, Laguna Technopark
