We are seeking an experienced System Software Engineer to work on Golang and its ecosystem in Ubuntu.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-of-breed tooling and software solutions.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code to meet project requirements.
  • Debug issues and produce high-quality code to fix them.
  • Review code produced by other engineers and provide constructive feedback.
  • Participate in technical discussions and collaborate on finding good solutions.
Requirements
  • Relevant Go experience, ideally in cloud-native software and Linux.
  • Experience in packaging software for Debian and Ubuntu.
  • Strong understanding of Linux and its ecosystem.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or equivalent experience.
  • Passion for technology and working with brilliant people.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
