AI Systems Engineer

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as an AI Systems Engineer. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on the development of next-generation intelligent credit risk and collections systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying production-grade AI solutions that blend state-of-the-art LLM-based agentic workflows with conventional machine learning to power next-generation credit-risk, early-warning, and digital collections capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing AI solutions using LLMs and Generative AI in production environments
  • Maintaining and improving existing AI systems to ensure high performance and reliability
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop AI-powered features for real-world impact
Requirements:
  • BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related STEM field (MSc/PhD a plus)
  • At least 3 years of experience building ML/AI solutions, including hands-on work with LLMs or Generative AI in production
  • Experience in financial services, credit risk, or banking is a plus
Desirable Skills:
  • Python programming language and familiarity with GenAI coding assistants
  • Hands-on experience with LLM and Generative AI frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, or Pydantic AI
  • Familiarity with MLOps and observability tools, including MLflow, Kubeflow, LangSmith, or Langfuse
