Client Service Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Client Service Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client accounts, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategic plans to drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Provide timely and effective resolution to client inquiries, issues, and concerns.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a SaaS or GovTech environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service, meeting targets, and driving business growth.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
