About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company and play a critical role in delivering world-class service to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Address Customer Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries through email, phone, live chat, and/or social media.
  • Assist Customers: Support customers with orders, shipping, product details, and returns.
  • Quality-Based Responses: Provide thoughtful, high-quality responses that reflect our service standards.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Experience with tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Adaptable and solutions-oriented mindset
