We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team in various Branches Nationwide in the role of Client Relationship Officer.

In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our business by managing front-line interactions with clients. You will assist with routine transactions and serve as the key coordinator between Relationship Managers, Retail Banking Store Sales Officers, and Sales Support teams.

The role entails:

  • Supporting Relationship Managers in delivering efficient and quality service by assisting in handling customers from different business parties and finding the right solutions for customers.
  • Serving as the main contact point of customers support functions to ensure smooth account operations.
  • Building relationships with customers and responding to account or operational-related concerns.
  • Liaising with internal departments and providing instructions to concerned parties on account maintenance requirements

The ideal candidate should possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.

A minimum of 1-4 years' experience in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent is preferred.

The candidate should be customer-focused and have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.

A willingness to report onsite is necessary.
