Job Title: Property Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property operations and achieving revenue targets. Key responsibilities include ensuring leasing revenue targets are met, actively promoting services to owners and tenants, guiding leasing assistants, making site visits, handling complaints and concerns, managing VIP accounts, monitoring collection efficiency, preparing lease contracts, attending meetings, and seeking new business opportunities.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Property Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage leasing operations and achieve revenue targets in assigned properties
  • Actively promote SMDC Good Stays services to owners and tenants
  • Guide and motivate leasing assistants to meet individual targets
  • Make regular site visits to check on leasing assistants and assist them as needed
  • Handle complaints and concerns from unit owners, tenants, PMO, and brokers
  • Effectively manage VIP accounts
  • Monitor collection efficiency of Lease Admin Department and make follow-ups on uncollected accounts
  • Prepare lease contracts and ensure accuracy of information
  • Attend head office meetings representing the Leasing Department
  • Act as BOT of condominium corporations when assigned
  • Prepare reports as needed
  • Seek new business opportunities by pitching and closing corporate leasing accounts
  • Think of innovative ways to increase revenue
  • Promote online presence of listings to increase inquiries
  • Monitor attendance and punctuality of leasing assistants in assigned clusters
  • Effectively train new hires and ensure their readiness to handle job demands
  • Foster strong relationships and good teamwork among everyone in the Leasing group
  • Participate in all company and Leasing group-initiated activities
