Growth Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team and help drive the success of our residential leasing business in Wellington, NZ.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient, test-led marketing campaigns that drive qualified viewing bookings from target segments such as PhD students, single professionals, and couples. The role involves building a growth plan covering paid social, search, and organic channels, with a focus on Instagram and Meta, and conducting rapid A/B tests to improve CTR and conversion.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in growth or performance marketing for B2C, with proven results in ANZ markets. They will also have hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Instagram, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, as well as proficiency with GA4 and Looker Studio. Strong creative and copywriting skills for social and landing pages are also essential.
