Leasing Coordinator Specialist


Overview

Coordinate and schedule property showings, assist prospective tenants, and ensure a seamless leasing process.


Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming inquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Schedule and confirm property showings with leasing agents and prospective renters.
  • Maintain an up-to-date calendar of property availability and leasing appointments.
  • Follow up with leads and provide information about available properties, pricing, and requirements.
  • Update and manage leasing software or CRM systems with appointment details and lead status.
  • Communicate with property managers and leasing agents to coordinate showings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and concerns professionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, leasing, or property management is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls and inquiries.
  • Proficiency in YARDI or similar software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
