Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our digital marketing and e-commerce strategy. This includes managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, monitoring campaign performance, and collaborating with our creative specialist to optimize ad performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across major platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR).
  • Collaborate with our in-house creative specialist to provide feedback on ad performance and request new creative assets.

DTC Operations:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our Shopify-based independent e-commerce store.
  • Handle order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment logistics in collaboration with our supply chain team.
  • Implement and manage customer service processes, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct A/B testing and site optimizations to improve conversion rates and user experience.
Requirements

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented professional with the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience (2-3 years) in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns for e-commerce brands.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify is a must.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
