Product Growth Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Product Analyst to join our team. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through data-driven insights.
**Key Responsibilities:**- Identify and measure key performance indicators to inform product decisions
- Conduct regular ad-hoc analyses in response to stakeholder requests
- Develop business cases, operating models, and financial projections to support new product initiatives
- Maintain alignment among stakeholders on operational status and product health
- 2+ years of experience in consulting or product operations
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in an analytical field (e.g., Natural Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or Finance)
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and ability to learn other data analytics tools
- Closely attention to detail, strong communication, and interpersonal skills
