Growth and Product Management is a pivotal role in our organization, overseeing the development of products to drive user growth and engagement across various countries.

About the Job

This strategic position combines product ownership with market research, A/B testing, localization, performance monitoring, stakeholder collaboration, compliance, and reporting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our product offerings are tailored to meet the needs and preferences of each market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop country-specific strategies for product deployments, tailoring features, pricing, and subscription packages to each market's unique characteristics.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and feature trends, ensuring competitive positioning.
  • Design and implement A/B testing strategies to evaluate feature reception, user engagement, and monetization effectiveness in each market.
  • Evaluate and refine localization strategies to ensure product features and campaigns resonate with local audiences.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for each country, identifying areas for improvement and scaling successful strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align on goals and execution, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders, providing updates on country-specific strategies, performance metrics, and project milestones.
  • Maintain awareness of regulatory requirements and ensure all product features and pricing models comply with local standards.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in deploying websites or native apps with payment systems.
  • Ideal experience in App Store optimization, Landing Page- / Search Engine-optimization (SEO), especially around creatives, descriptions & A/B-testing.
  • Understanding of software development principles and technologies, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking paired with execution capabilities.
  • Team-oriented, culturally sensitive, self-reliant, and skilled in time management.
  • Excellent communicator and capable of fostering strong relationships.
