With a focus on precision and customer satisfaction, you will be part of a team ensuring timely payments, accurate records, and effective communication with clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter information from prospective clients into our system and process credit applications through the appropriate channels.
  • We request and process prepayments on sales orders in a timely manner.
  • You will follow up on delinquent accounts for customers with outstanding balances or new orders.
  • Apply check or credit card prepayments to the correct accounts.
  • Verify and resolve account discrepancies by gathering information from customer support and customers.
  • We research and process credit memos and adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and collections activities.
  • Assist with monthly closing and AR-related reporting tasks
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field is required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in an office or accounting role with a focus on accounts payable and/or accounts receivable.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills are essential.
  • You must be able to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment.
