Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Director of Technology Strategy and Transformation to join our team.

This role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals within the financial services industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology strategy and transformation, as well as experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing skills to drive positive impact in complex situations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and develop strategic solutions
  • Leading and managing cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions
  • Providing subject matter expertise in banking industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in a technology or business discipline
  • Minimum 15 years of working experience in technology strategy and transformation
  • Demonstrated experience in technology strategy for banking institutions
