We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Specialist to manage our presence on Amazon. This role involves creating and optimizing product listings, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies, and driving overall account performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales growth
  • Manage and optimize product listings in Seller Central and Vendor Central, leveraging keyword research and SEO best practices
  • Monitor pricing, inventory, and performance metrics across platforms, identifying areas for improvement
  • Resolve listing suppressions, compliance cases, and account health issues, ensuring seamless operations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create A+ content, brand stores, and promotions, maximizing brand awareness
  • Analyze sales reports and provide insights for strategic growth and profitability
  • Manage purchase orders, shipments, and replenishment for Vendor Central accounts, ensuring efficient logistics
  • Oversee advertising campaigns (PPC) to maximize ROI, driving revenue growth
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the competition
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management, providing actionable insights
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central and related platforms
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce best practices and Amazon policies, with a focus on compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis, with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Familiarity with keyword research and Amazon advertising tools, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
