Procurement Team Leader Position

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee team performance, provide guidance, and ensure individual goals are met.
  • Coordinate tasks, foster teamwork, and conduct regular touch base meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions to track progress and identify development opportunities.
  • Ensure deadlines are met, monitor project progress, and implement strategies to address challenges, collaborating with other departments to align team efforts with organizational objectives.
Requirements:
  • Responsible for overseeing team members' work, providing guidance, support, and feedback, and ensuring all team members meet their performance goals.
  • Coordinate and assign tasks to team members and ensure everyone works together to achieve team objectives.
  • Conduct touch base meetings and 1:1 coaching sessions and identify opportunities and progress for each team member.
  • Ensure deadlines are met, monitor progress, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles.
  • Collaborate with different departments within the organization to ensure projects and initiatives are aligned with overall goals and objectives.
