Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Solutions Architect to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker who can design and deliver scalable, secure, and aligned solutions for clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business solutions and architecture, as well as experience in SaaS architecture, cloud computing, integration technologies, and security protocols. They will also possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to turn complex technical topics into clear business value.

This role requires collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless product delivery and long-term client success. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping our approach to solution design across the region, helping enterprise clients unlock the full potential of our platform through thoughtful architecture and consultative guidance.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong Storytelling and Solution-Selling Abilities: The ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner, aligning with business goals and objectives.
  • Solid Understanding of SaaS Architecture and Cloud Platforms: Experience in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and aligned solutions on cloud platforms.
  • Ability to Turn Complex Technical Topics into Clear Business Value: The capacity to articulate the benefits of technology solutions in a way that resonates with stakeholders.
  • Confident Communicator with Strong Presentation and Stakeholder Management Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Human Capital Management (HCM) and Learning & Development (L&D) Solutions: Knowledge of HCM and L&D solutions, including their design, implementation, and management.
  • Knowledge of Integration Methods (APIs, SSO, Data Feeds): Experience in integrating systems using APIs, SSO, and data feeds.
  • Ability to Manage Multiple Projects and Priorities Simultaneously: Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in Technical Documentation and Solution Design: The ability to create detailed technical documentation and design solutions that meet client needs.
  • Understanding of Data Security and Compliance Standards: Knowledge of data security and compliance standards, including GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.
  • Team-Oriented Mindset with Experience Working Across Functions: A collaborative approach, with experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
