Job Title

The primary responsibility of the Content Strategist is to maintain the integrity and quality of a knowledge base.

This role involves developing and implementing content strategies, working collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure seamless product development and support. The ideal candidate will be able to leverage analytics to evaluate business impact and track the usage of knowledge base content effectively.

In addition, the Content Strategist will establish writing guidelines based on industry best practices and review agent suggestions. They will also serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on product specifics to ensure article content accuracy.

Other responsibilities include proactively reviewing the knowledge base, making recommendations for updates, and providing status updates to relevant stakeholders. The Content Strategist must have strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to break down complex processes into easy-to-follow steps.

They should also have experience with online platforms, including content creation tools and graphics software. Additionally, they should be able to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and develop innovative solutions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in content writing.
  • Experience independently creating engaging online articles, guides, and user support content.
  • Strong understanding of applying formatting (headers, bolding, icons, lists, screenshots) to make key points stand out.
  • Ability to analyze data (KPIs, quality, searches, views), identify areas for improvement, and create innovative solutions.
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
