Job Title: GTM and Analytics Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled GTM and Analytics expert to join our team. As a key member of our analytics team, you will play a vital role in helping internal and external clients implement complex tracking and resolve issues that arise.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist in setting up and maintaining accurate data collection systems, ensuring seamless integration with various tools such as Google Analytics and Google Optimize. You will also be responsible for debugging and resolving tracking issues, communicating progress, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing conversion tracking (forms, buttons, e-commerce, and other features)
  • Verifying and sanity-checking conversion tracking implementation
  • Debugging tracking issues and fixing them
  • Checking issues with test measurement on Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely, and Hotjar
  • Creating customized reports from Analytics and other sources
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in managing Google Tags (GTM) for web properties, overseeing implementation, coding, testing, and ongoing maintenance
  • At least 3-4 years of experience with website analytics tools like Google Analytics, GA3/GA4
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript
  • Proven experience in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Amplitude, with a strong understanding of digital analytics and web traffic metrics
  • Expert-level knowledge in Web Analytics (strategy, requirements, implementation, validation, reporting), specifically with Google Analytics
  • Working knowledge of third-party tagging, pixel creation, etc.
  • Experience in transitioning GA accounts from UA to GA4
  • Native-level spoken and written English communication
