As a seasoned professional in digital marketing, you will be responsible for providing expert support to our team of virtual assistants (Doers). You will work behind the scenes to troubleshoot issues and provide real-time solutions using various digital marketing tools such as Canva, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Shopify, ChatGPT, GoHighLevel, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to Doers via internal chat
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues in digital marketing tools
  • Assist in founder escalations by completing urgent tasks during critical retention periods
  • Develop and maintain knowledge resources, including how-to guides, videos, and SOPs to improve team performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process updates
Requirements:
  • 2–3 years' experience in digital marketing or related field
  • Familiarity with at least 5 of the following tools: Canva, ChatGPT, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, GoHighLevel, Shopify, Mailchimp
  • Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends
