  • System Architect & Process Optimization Specialist
Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive system design and optimization initiatives across our diverse business verticals. You will be responsible for mapping and simplifying end-to-end processes, building scalable systems, and launching automation solutions that deliver measurable impact.

Your role will involve leading advisory committees and subject-matter experts to co-create and optimize systems. This is a high-impact position that requires a builder who can simplify complexity, translate vision into operations, and deliver results that move the needle.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Map and simplify end-to-end processes into crisp SOPs (owners, SLAs, templates).
  2. Design and implement no/low-code integrations and automations across our stack (Zapier/Make/Power Automate; Notion/Airtable/Google Workspace/M365).
  3. Launch executive dashboards and track before/after impact (cycle time, error rates, cost per task, adoption).
  4. Source & orchestrate advisory committees / SMEs: identify gaps, shortlist experts, negotiate engagements, run workshops, convert recommendations into implemented changes, and track outcomes.
  5. Train process owners and drive change management and adoption.
  6. Run POC → Pilot → Rollout with clear success metrics and learnings.
Requirements

For this role, we are looking for an individual with:

  • Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering / Information Systems / Business Administration or equivalent field such as Systems Engineering, Data/Applied Statistics, Operations Research, CS/Software (Integrations/APIs), Supply Chain, Engineering Management, Service Design, Project/Product Management, or Quality Management.
  • At least 8 years of experience in BPM/Automation/Operations Excellence.
  • Cross-industry exposure: real estate, construction, marketing/brokerage, retail/e-commerce, manufacturing, and/or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with Zapier/Make/Power Automate; Notion/Airtable/Google Workspace; basic knowledge of APIs/Webhooks.
  • Remote-readiness: initial remote engagement with 4–5 hours overlap with Riyadh time; potential conversion to on-site full-time at HQ based on successful outcomes; stable internet and security hygiene (VPN/2FA).
