Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to take on the role of Associate Marketing Director and join a rapidly growing organization in the Asia-Pacific region.

As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for defining bold strategies that differentiate each brand in response to market shifts. You will also drive engagement among prescribers and pharmacists through targeted positioning and promotion efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive strategies for each brand based on market analysis and customer insights.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to inform brand and portfolio strategies.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify growth opportunities and measure marketing effectiveness.
  • Lead programs that directly influence consumer pull and pharmacy recommendations.
  • Monitor and report quarterly offtake trends, developing actionable plans to close performance gaps.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Business, or a related field. An MBA is preferred, and you must have a minimum of 7 years of Marketing and Sales Management experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company. A proven track record in developing markets for specific brands or products is also essential.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. They will also have a strong analytical mindset and be able to think strategically.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Business, or related field
  • MBA preferred
  • Minimum 7 years Marketing and Sales Management experience in multinational pharmaceutical company
  • Proven track record in developing markets for specific brands or products
