Job Title: Chief Technology Officer

As a visionary leader, the Chief Technology Officer plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's technology strategy and innovation roadmap.

This senior leadership position oversees product development, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring seamless alignment with business goals and delivering scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technology Strategy & Leadership
    • Develop and communicate the company-wide IT strategy and vision.
    • Align technology investments with business priorities and objectives.
    • Advise leadership on emerging technologies and their strategic impact.
  • Innovation & Engagement
    • Foster a culture of innovation, digital transformation, and continuous improvement.
    • Promote IT literacy, cross-functional collaboration, and effective communication.
    • Build strategic partnerships and ensure transparent communication of technology initiatives.
  • Product Development
    • Lead UX/UI strategy across platforms, integrating research, design, and usability expertise.
    • Define product vision and roadmap aligned with market trends and business goals.
    • Oversee product lifecycle and performance optimization strategies.
  • Architecture & Engineering
    • Guide enterprise architecture for scalable, sustainable, and secure solutions.
    • Mentor technical teams and promote best practices in development and integration.
  • Cybersecurity
    • Oversee security architecture, risk management, and incident response strategies.
    • Lead secure software design and implementation practices.
    • Manage vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and threat analysis.
    • Direct digital forensics and security operations.
  • Governance, Risk & Compliance
    • Lead cyber risk assessments and regulatory compliance efforts.
    • Develop and implement data security strategies aligned with international standards.
    • Oversee IT audit frameworks and internal control enhancements.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in senior technology leadership, ideally as CTO or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in cloud technologies (must-have).
  • Strong background in IT operations, enterprise architecture, and governance.
  • Demonstrated success in product development and UX strategy.
  • Expertise in software engineering and digital transformation.
  • Deep understanding of data privacy regulations, including familiarity with international standards such as GDPR, ISO/IEC271001, and NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to inspire cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
